This colour twist on the classic Dry Gin never fails to deliver. It gets its colour from the addition of butterfly pea blossoms late in the distilling process. It is double distilled with a unique recipe of 7 different botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, orris root, citrus peel, thyme and lavender. This gin changes colour when tonic water is added. Best enjoyed with good Indian tonic.
The botanicals are individually steeped (infused) in alcohol for between 2 to 15 days. The alcohol is then blended together and re-distilled in one of our three column stills. Some botanicals are placed in a gin basket and the alcohol vapour infusion extracts the more subtle notes needed for our gin. The result of this process delivers a rich character of juniper, coriander seed, lavender and rosemary to balance this incredibly crisp, refreshing and truly unique gin.
A fresh, crisp style of rosé packed with strawberry and candy floss aromas on the nose whilst delivering plenty of juicy fruit on the pallet. A elegant and easy drinking style of wine with enough complexity to also enjoy with food. Pair with grilled shrimps, spicy chicken, caprese salad and spicy boerewors bites.
