Cerveau Bleu Signature Dry Gin is a masterfully crafted spirit that showcases the meticulous attention to detail in its production process. Each botanical used in this gin is individually steeped in alcohol for a period ranging from 2 to 15 days, allowing the unique flavors and aromas to fully develop. This careful infusion process ensures that every botanical contributes its distinct character to the final blend.

Once the botanicals have been steeped, the alcohol is expertly blended and re-distilled using one of our three column stills. To capture the more delicate and subtle notes, certain botanicals are placed in a gin basket, where the alcohol vapour infusion extracts their essence. This dual approach of steeping and vapour infusion creates a complex and well-rounded gin that stands out in the crowded market.
